If you have a fast internet connection, and you want to resolve an issue quickly, then Remote Support is the most convenient way to get your computer cleaned up and fixed in no time.

The problem with most companies that offer remote support is that the people who answer the phones aren’t real technicians, they don’t speak English very well, and they tend to follow a script.  Well, this will not be the case with us.  You will get certified technicians to help you in a professional and pleasant manner.

 

 

 

Please follow these steps to get remote support.

1.  Call us to schedule the best time to assist you and so we can take a quick look at the problem.

2. We will send you a payment request by email for the first 30 minutes, and ask you to perform payment online.

3. Click the button that says “Remote App”, save it, and then run it.

4. Chose the Non-Commercial radio button and click Next until it finishes installing.

5. If you get firewall prompting to allow or block program, please click “Allow.”

6. Call us and provide us with the ID# and password showing on your screen.

7. Once the threat is removed, and your computer is fixed, we will bill you for the remaining balance.
